These were horrible and dirty circumstances we had to deal with especially since Covid is still around, you would think things would be better cleaned. We spent a lot of money on this room this weekend and had the absolute WORST experience ever! We were going to leave and go somewhere else but by that time there was no where else to go so we had to deal with the horrible conditions of this hotel room. When we got into room 237, we found a dirty spoon left in a chair, spider webs above our bed, blood stain hand mark on the back of the bathroom door along with a dirty towel already there, a faucet in the tub that never stopped running, the toilet in that room also had an extremely hard time flushing, dead spider in the shower, a dirty shower curtain, dirty marks on the sink, and something hanging from the ceiling that was not plugged into the outlet all the way. We called the manager and they moved us to room 237. When we arrived to Ramada at 4141 South Calumet Avenue Hammond, IN 46320 United States We were in room 239 and when we entered there were light bulbs out, dirty towels in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush at all.
